Custody:

The Court's goal is to ensure the best interests of the Children are being met in every one of these difficult cases. Family Offense Petition:

Child and Spousal Support/Maintenance:

There are specific laws established by New York State Law which govern both Child Support (support to a custodial parent for the needs of the Child) and Maintenance (support from one spouse to another).
